Still waiting on word from the Hampton...

Mamma and I called the corporate office today and talked to a nice lady and she told us that the hotel would have 3 days to make this right or she would take care if it herself... it sounds like maybe there is a chance I'm going to get my money back... keep your fingers crossed.
